ShowingTel is the cutting edge Real Estate technology that allows agents to schedule your home showings using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology.
Appointments are made easily and efficiently using the interactive phone system. The system recognizes day and time and follows with confirmation. If required, showing times can be lengthened.
How It Works...
The agent will enter or say the street address number or the MLS number. The voice recognition system matches the agent's request. The agent will then enter or say the day and time requested for the showing. If that time is unavailable (i.e. at sellers request) the voice response will inform the agent about the restrictions and ask for another time. Once the final time is confirmed the agent is prompted to lengthen the showing time.
Once the date and time is established and confirmed, email is sent automatically to the Listing Agent requesting the showing.
