Pocket Full of Listings automatically searches the multiple listing service. The agent needs to set instructions only once, unless they modify criteria. It collects only the information the agent has specified and downloads the data to the agent's PC. Once completed, it synchronizes its download to the PDA, without a keystroke. When the day begins, the latest listing information is in the palm of the agent's hand.

You can search for listings using a combination of Area(s), Price Range, Listing Status, and one of the following: Street Name, School District, Sub Area, MLS Number, and Minimum Bedrooms. A large amount of information is available for each listing, including driving directions, room dimensions and level, full Remarks, and Listing Agent name and office street address. A simple one button HotSheet feature makes it easy to review listings that have changed recently.
