Perfect Connections is designed to accommodate the agents' increasing usage of PDAs. It offers them the opportunity to download the latest listings to their hand-held computer each and every night - while they sleep.

Perfect Connections automatically searches the multiple listing service. The agent needs to set instructions only once, unless they modify criteria. It collects only the information the agent has specified and downloads the data to the agent's PC. Once completed, it synchronizes its download to the PDA, without a keystroke. When the day begins, the latest listing information is in the palm of the agent's hand.

An agent can search utilizing any of the numerous MLS core fields. They can also request driving directions, agent and office rosters, full remarks, and even the latest Hot Sheets.
