How It Works...
The user has the ability to search for an active or pending listing by either saying or entering the street number, the MLS number or the property listing code (the listing code is a four digit number that can be either automatically generated when the new listing is received into the system or can be manually input and assigned to a single or multiple listings). The voice recognition matches your customer's request and the customer listens to the detailed information about the property chosen. The content and the order of information that the caller receives are determined by your administrative settings. You have the full control over the MLS features, and options to add or manage custom comments.
The user-friendly Web administration section for ListingTel offers you the ability to change system-wide settings. Current options include setting the administrative PIN, selecting the features to play for callers, search options setup, call transfer and set the amount of time the custom comments are kept after the property is sold.
